Actually I've been sweating like crazy.
Being sick isn't fun but it's educational.
I was looking through some photos today and saw this shot from Kidrobot. I realized I haven't been there in a couple months.
The image is from a Tara McPherson show a while back a little over a year ago. That's one of those Huge Dunny's they're like 2 or 3 ft. But if you looks at it it best explains how I feel right now. Pink, Big bulgy eyes, buttons my chest, horns and club hands.
I also have that glossy finish.

But Speaking of Tara she's got a little action in Cali.

LVHRD DNCHRD III: VNYL (Part 4 Polaroid DJ's)

So this is our last and final recap of LVHRD DNCHRD III: VNYL
We figure it would be proper to take it bake a little retro with some polaroids.
Since your supposed to be 2ft away from the subject it gives you an intimate look.
Up close as Robot Blair, Woodman, and (Winner) DJ Elhaam spun their tunes.

On an anonymous tip the Judges checked Robot Blair's Tables

Apparently some pranskter said he was juicing up.
Just a lie, he was cleared and everything came out tight.

At the end it came down to 3 then 2 then 1.

LVHRD DNCHRD III: VNYL (Part 3 The Birthday)

One of the LVHRD crew members/refs got older.
When you get older you eat cake or this happens to you.
Friends show up have a party
Throw cake on your painted face.
10 cameras come up and take photos.
Madness ensues.
It takes a strong person.

LVHRD DNCHRD III: VNYL (Part 2 Flying Balls)

Balls are flying at me...No really

What you need to realize is after ID and list there were instructions.
After seeing Demetrius I knew I was in for some razzing.
I think he's seen my ID more then I have.
Well after the all clear we're given theses colored balls.
The ones you swim in at Chucke Cheese.
Yeah Add Dancing and Free Bevy and they're started to get thrown.
But there was tons of free bevy thanks to these guys

The worse thing that they did was mess up a record.
They would go by so fast you could even duck.
And standing in front of the DJ's was a bad idea.
Basically I became a shield.
Until the DJ's turned on me. I'm pointing at you Elhaam
The judges stepped in eventually and even people started grabbing ties

This is one of the girls who was asking who I was shooting for
Her and her friend were dancing up a storm.
In some ways she kinda reminds a little of Claire Danes but more energy and better tattoos

That's the smile that reminded me of Claire. I wonder what this girl's name is?

LVHRD DNCHRD III: VNYL Part 1

In case you forgot last night was LVRHD DNCHRD III.
It was in words to say pretty darn amazing.
Amazing as dude in gold paint and a refs jersey having cake tossed on him. Or some kids dressed up as white & gold Angels.
One of the DJ's(DJ Elhaam specifically) played my Elastica 45 vinyl from the WTSR clearance.

Her Friend with cool tatoos and lovely hair grabbed my tie and danced with me for a sec.

Later Dj Elhaam threw green balls at me.
All 3 Deejays were insane and some of the music dre big responses.
Robot Blair was on point since we last saw him at Mercury.
And Woodman was dropping tracks that were just quite insane.
But I think it was DJ Elhaam that stole our heart.
The night feature a wide variety of dance able tracks Ace of Bass, PM Dawn, BBC, GNR, some indie and other random stuff.
John Santos was helping run the event and keeping it all on point.
I have a ton of photos and Polaroids.
I'll pull up a whole new post on get to know your DJ's threw Polaroids later today.
The music was fun and loud all around.
About 30 mins in the whole place was dancing.
I'm betting some of the Bevy had something to do with it.
Dewar's and Ginger is a very tasty drink we found out.
Also we thought we broke out camera.
Dropped our battery pack in a trife ball pit
And even exploded our Polaroid camera
All was repaired except for our arm which smelled like Colt 45
What else, a lovely lady with blond curly haired girl told us that Meik! was the cutest boy their last night. Ha! you ow us $20 Team Canada Dry.
We shot some photos of another girl who kinda looked like Claire Danes with Dark Brown Hair and Tattoos. That's a combination I can't complain about. She was investigating about Meik! We just wanted to make sure she wasn't a covert LVHRD spy.
The evening went on a little longer than expected.
So we called our travel agent. Booked a later flight/waited for the subway. And ending up getting a car back to NUT-LEE and the Meik offices.
