While walking I was blasting some Glasvegas...
Really feeling that record..Apparently I was blasting it quite loud.
You see a guy comes up to me pointing across the street.
I thought he was just haggling me.
Turns out Miles and Andrew were yelling at me
I followed them back and then the shenanigans ensued

This was going to be a throw away photo.
But now I found out a reason to use it.

I had a dream...So then I bought books
For some reason I was dreaming about Lincoln and Vowell last night...
2 Vowell's
And a Pair of Lincoln's
By that I mean Miss Sarah Vowell(Unless she's got a man) and Abe Lincoln.
Here's the connection. I have Lincoln's Bday..Vowell I believe has written about Abe and is also a heavy follower about his past like us.
Sarah I'm pretty sure was on Conan when I interned their promoting one of her books and chatting about Lincoln. Who Conan has had many a skit on Late Night where Lincoln was involved in many ways. Even being played by head writer Mike Sweeney. For which she would later come back on the show to promote her book Assassination Vacation. To which I just purchase today during a long time searching the shelves at the near by Barnes and Noble. One week to the day I was in DC for at this time I would be 12 hours away from standing on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial....Lincoln Kennedy Kennedy Lincoln....Meik! Ok I need to pass out...I think I hurt my brain...
Secret Feathers Demo by Meik!
So I finally got the ball rolling on my Secret Red Feathers project.
Originally Thursday was going to be photo day, but it was painters nite.
I got to get a sneak Peak at Mers' giant masterpiece.
Don't even want to give any hints away, but it's quite magical.
U see Mers uses classical training of shapes, bodies, lighting & figures.
I come from the Playschool technique and Cinnabonn Icing methods
I didn't even take any photos of her work for fear of my alter ego posting them.
That's the comic books talking...just forget that happened.
But when it is complete we'll be one of the first to pass the word along.
So here's a look at what I got done.
No planning, leaking paint and hands covered in paint.

Standing around in traffic is fun and relaxing...
And I didn't get hit by a car..
