Ipod Random Search Parties
For some reason photos from the 410 Holiday party are my ipod.
This is one that always pops when I have it in shuffle mode.
I haven't see these kids in a while.
Partly by time management, chaos and work.
Hopefully in a week or two I can return to Trainwreck.
Beware of these 3, they have Firery Dragon powers.

Saturdays with Reda at KCDC: Shadows on the Ramp
Shadows from the Ramp at KCDC.
Bascially you can do this with a wireless hot shoe cord flash.
Point it down towards the ramp or ground and bounce it up.
You get some cool giant shadows in the background.
If you get the angle wrong it might mess up here and there.
It's also a lot safer than shooting a flash directly in to skaters eyeline

Bonus Saturdays with Reda at KCDC: I wanna do that
This guy is always amazing and rips at KCDC.
He was popping some really sick airs.
My goal for the end of the summer.
I had some really good progression skating last summer.
Been off the ramps a little while.

There's no such thing as playing SXSW the home game. You just drank too much whiskey last night, spilled a jar of BBQ sauce all over your head, possible made out with the lead singer of an indie rock band, played your mix of downloaded tracks from BrooklynVegan.com and then passed out in the bathtub. We're not judging you and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that but there is a factual difference between the 2. Now take off your cowboy hat and get a wet nap to wipe your face.

Shut vs Milk Studios: A Night of PBRRRR's!
In case you didn't know here's the recap.
The folks from Milk Studios collaborated with Shut Skateboards.
Milk shot some photos and shut turned it in to a limited edition deck.
It came out pretty awesom so they decided to have a party at Etnies

Last Night in words...photos to come later
The shoe explains it all. A Night at the Etnies Gallery of course.
We ventured down to Greene Street after a stop at BLT Burger.
Those things are just deadly along with their milk shakes.
Which tags along well with the night of skate and art.
A party vibe and some good times.
The cellar was full of girls and guys from fashion & skateboarding.
Young and old all dancin, drinkin some beers and takin photos.
The event was a combo between Shut Skateboards and Milk Studios
They this stunning model print and then a few selected boards from the 200 print limited edition run displayed on the walls.
I'm pretty sure I saw the model their at the event and wow!
The dress she had on was pretty stellar as well.
If it wasn't her I still hold those same comments but different person
Locals were all around some of the Fish and Epsteins crews.
It didn't go to long since it was a crazy day...
We had fun and hope you did as well.
Celebrate life, art, skateboarding and beautiful women...
But we definitely look forward to the next event at Etnies Gallery.
I'll post some of photos last night hopefully later today.

A Wizard Staff/Trife Peg Leg
The best part of summer is doing stupid stuff like this.
This is what happens when Girl and Anti-Hero put out a vid.
I'm having one of those days....
Full disclosure this is a file photo from a while back.
But my eyepatch today is needed for my back.
Gym spasms and I forgot I fell of my bed and in to the wall.
It was like one of those stunt falls except it hurt.
So I've been making a ton of those gimp moans.
Need some stuff to work out that hasn't quite so.
Might waddle down to Epstein's later to numb the pain.
Gotta take it easy for tomorrow.
I will be going head first in to St. Patty's day tomorrow.
Not sure if I'll make it to the BK.
Etnies Gallery for sure I shall be there.
Maybe I'll break out a pair of my cali-cuts....Green and yellow
Till then the next 14-15 days might be pretty crazy.
So sorry if it seems like we may have disappeared.

I'm completely over this weather.

I hear Etnies Gallery might be having a SHUT/Milk Event...
