Then I jumped on a train and headed to Terminal 5 for the Specials

They were amazing...

Good times and a good night...
Now I just have to figure out my next night off....

I bring you fresh words with an old photo. It's 2 two tone shoes.
That kinda counts just a little sort of a bit.
Last night was amazing. I did a 3 part adventure.
Luke's Lobster then Epstein's and then Terminal 5.
The night was capped off with an insane show from the Specials.
The place was packed full of folks drinking bevy,dancing and singing.
I wonder how many record exec where there thinking...
"Hey, we better sign one of these SKA bands"
It's pretty crazy to think about it.
An almost completely full line up 30 year reunion ska-punk show packed in NYC.
Toasters are you guys next?
Show was great, ran in to the Big PA and some other familiar faces.
I took the night off from photoing so it felt good to relaxe and just enjoy.
Of course swilled some liquid courage twitterficated massively.
But that's just life. Ghost Town sound perfect.
Rudi, A message to you was probably my favorite song of the night.
Don't know when my next show like this will be, but hopefully soon.
A lot of skate stuff is coming up as well so look out for more coverage.
If you can acquire tickets legally for tonights show for The Specials at Terminal 5 I would suggest doing so.

I got to go back and on stage because I had a coventry jersey.
Great guys and insane music.
So very excited.

Hello adventurerers and random faces of the internet.
I have taken the time to write some complete sentences.
Some of which you may have trouble deciphering via some mispellings or by the use of some improper grammar.
But anyways here goes.
I've been quite the busy bee real recently.
Ran in to and found a bunch of faces I haven't seen in ages.
I've finally completed my locational move.
My plan now is to build an art and photo studio...
Aka the garage, basement and attic.
This may take some time but I'll have the basics in a week.
Well as the weather was just about to get warm I got thrown a curve.
Went skating at 12th&A after a slow daytime gig.
Then boom the schedule blew up with day and night stuff....
Sports, deports and all sorts of varying forms of media.
I'm kinda hoping in a way I get asked to go to the World Cup.
That might be too late, oh crap where's my passport?
Well let's get back to more of the skate stuff...Happy Dday Mr. Ortiz
I've seen a tone of skateboarding stuff popping up all over the city.
Check out the kids over at nyskateboarding.com
They have a ton of info and are really nice folks.

So in the meantime I'll going full speed at all times.
I'll either be on Park Ave, inside a Studio in Jersey or Snapping photos in the city.

So I thought I'd take a moment to write a short note.
Here goes. Well I'm pretty sure I deleted my myspace account.
But I just realized one piece of fall out from that.
I always used to be in contact with my friends from the Netherlands.
None other than Mette, Julie and Maria of Darling Don't Dance.
It's been almost 1 year and 8 months since I've seen them.
The warm weather reminded me of some good times filled with loud music, dancing and of course some drinking.
I ended taking a couple my favorite 35mm film photos...

So here's my thought. I'm going to have to visit Aarhus soon.
Let's see if I can work it in to this summer some how.

Hey what's up? How have you been. We miss the times of late night parties. Running in to friends, strangers and random folk alike.
That last time I was there I think I saw Hurley right before I left, I think it may have been an Andrew WK event. Your probably asking where I've been and trying to figure the reasons I've been gone. Heck I don't really even know. But I can say it's not you, it's me. Well actually it's my early morning job since I usually have to be awake at 7am. And I'm pretty sure that's when I've gotten home that last few times I've visted. Well sorry I've been the stranger and unable to take photos of random poses, kids making out, dancing from the floor to the ceiling and well the unexplainable. I'll be back I swear, not sure how or when, but some time soon. Till then I can say you can find me outdoors more with this great weather arrving. It's spring in New York so don't worry, we didn't forget about you.

So we've may have been away a bit recently...
This week the return of Meik! and Park Ave Temp...Maybe-ish(kinda)
We moved in to the new residence and are setting up shop.
Photos upstairs and painting in the garage.
The new living room looks straight outta cable guy to me....
But I've also seen that movie too many times.
I'll post some photos and ideas later.
For I need a mini-fridge, a 30 pack, some bondo, top soil, a garden weezel and food.
