So poker players bet a 90 minuteeeeeeee dinner break.
I'm pretty sure part of it has to do with TV Union crew rules as well.
Break out the snacks and keep watching the internet.
Another long night in the studio.
Possible off day and adventures tomorrow.

Return to the NY Surf Film Festival, and we did.
Saturday night had some pretty epic stuff.
First we saw Alex DePhillipo's "Dark Fall",
He won the 2010 NYSFF Best Feature and Viewer's Choice Awards
It was a great film documenting the life and times of NJ Surfers.
After the Flick there was some Q&A.
All the guys were and celebrating with friends and fam...
Chris Arena who had some tunes in the flick played a set
Here threw in some Johnny Cash and met it a good time
Time for a break
Getting crowded of course the night is young
See all the sponors
Need to see this, didn't get to
Sure, grab another bevy
Packed to the Max...
Thank you paper cups
Quiksilver's Cypher Vision was just sick...Images & surfing
Then it was time for Taylor Steele's Momentum
It was funny cause they started Momentum II at first.
Great vid and always fun to see the guys at a young age.
Taylor gave a great Q&A
I also almost fell over taking this shot
Till next time keep surfing
Always check out nysurffilm.com for more info and events

Ahoy there mateys and mateyettes, I guess that's right...
Forget the grammar, add some rum and move it along.
It has arrived the the 2010 NY Surf Film Festival at Tribeca Cinemas.
This year got off to a good start with some great films, choice bevy and just good times.
I rolled in last night to catch Idiosyncrasies by Patrick Trefz.
Great film which had a live band backing it as well.
They played a couple songs prior to the start which were fun
I really liked the film it reminded me of some Transworld vids surf & skate.
Touching on various topics from shapers to riders and all around.
Cinematography in it was pretty rad.
Time out insert some beers, bano, then back in line.
Before a quick snap and a click
Next round was for Dane Reynolds new flick Thrills, Spills and Whatnot.
Great film shot in analog format and scored with various tunes and found sound clips from dane and the crew.
There was some insane surfing in this video...
Along some fun body surfing and boogie boarding as well...
A taste of artsy mixed with fun documenation...
Dane wasn't there but Director Dustin Miller was on hand for some Q&A insight.
It didn't hurt that Taylor Steele was on hand to ask some great questions.
It was a good night that should make you want to pick up your board and head back to the water
A nice little sign all the crews were signing the tarps
Also some of the shorts were really good.
There french one was kinda kooky and noir.
My faves were the stop animation tarp surfing and the b/w shaper interview
Both great pieces that got some good crowd responses.
So that catches us up to this morning...
We're going back tonight for some fun and a few more films.
It should be a blast and I hope you got your tickets.
So Al and Bobby Tell me more.
A collection of random photos from a walk near the former Deitch to Epsteins.
We want your meat
What had happened?
Party to go
IGOR wins this round
Old small Deitch...the levis one was shuddered
And it was all yellow...
We meet again twins
Pug and time for sleep

When I say I'm at the studio I wonder what people think.
It would be more cool if I was working conceptual art or recording tunes.
I'm rocking the interwebs with deportes por el mundo...dos mundos.
If I told you I had a pond in my backyard with ducks would u believe me?
Well that's completely untrue.
But if I turned on the hose and through out a loaf of bed it wouldn't take that long for that image to be realized.
But then the neighbords would be pretty mad or not stoked.
I'd say the next 72 hours are going to be insane and fun...
Beware or join in...
That pretty much says it all.
I think I went to bed for 15 minutes then it felt like I was back up.
Headed over to the vet with Nena and frag.
Luckily I didn't have to get any needles or shots.
The one pictured above who got that treatment.
So when we got back the pug and I crashed on the couch till noon.
Time to brew some coffee and prep for some late night Mexican Soccer at the studio.
Maybe work on the new lighting gear later and a couple Meik! Prints
Surf Film festival starts tomorrow at Tribeca...
We'll be there getting a bit trife and snapping photos.
Should be some fun times.

I love and support Celtic.
United is my team for live but I gotta rep these guys.
Besides most of the United players were fans of or eventually play for the hoops at the end of their careers.
It's in good fun.
I also finally got my Meik! pins in today.
Really happy how these came out.
Just wanted something to hand out to folks besides cards
Maybe I'll work on some stickers and other flair soon.
Shirts maybe by the end of the year.
I just want to keep doing stuff that's fun.

So I haven't slept and I'm at work.
It's been a crazy 48 or 72 hours. I don't even know.
You party all night, shoot some photos, lose a phone & get a new one.
Then you post you second recap of photos from Art Mosh...
Yep that's kinda my life at the moment.
This set is more random and first thought captions..
Shhh....Look closely...Be kind rewind...
Why didnt' I think of that...Magnum P.I.-ing
Open Bar Vision
Getting Rando past her head
Feel the blur
The Dutch Photographers Strike Again...
